日本作曲界の重鎮、松村禎三の声楽作品集です。
「交響曲」「管弦楽のための前奏曲」「ピアノ協奏曲第１番、第２番」などのオーケストラ作品や「忍ぶ川」「祭りの準備」「海は見ていた」などの映画音楽などが代表作品にあげられますが、声楽作品はここに収録した「軽太子のうたえる２つの歌」「貧しき信徒」のほかはほとんどありません。数少ない松村の声楽作品ですが、今後は声楽家・研究家にとっては重要な作品集となることでしょう。収載曲
